VENGEANCE BECOMES HER.

A Special Forces commando (Jessica Alba) returns home to her small town only to realize that the death of her father happened because of the illegal activities of a senator’s family.

Echoes of Walking Tall (2004), among many other films, as a highly trained Alba slices and dices her way through a corrupt, arms-dealing family that holds her hometown in a firm grip.

Political at times, but nothing really sticks; Alba lacks the charisma of Charlize Theron and the action is forgettable.
