RAGE WITH THE MACHINES.
In an alternate version of the 1990s, humans have won a war against robots, but teenager Michelle Greene (Millie Bobby Brown) becomes aware of the lies behind the war.
The Russos and their veteran writers picked visuals they found inspiring in Simon Stålenhag’s graphic novel and crafted an original tale. Well, not so original. In fact, much of it follows a familiar formula, celebrating the human connection in these times of AI and tech bros.
The film needs better jokes and more compelling characters, but it does have great visual effects and action-filled moments.
