When Santa Claus (J.K. Simmons) is abducted from his North Pole compound, head of security Callum Drift (Dwayne Johnson) leads the mission to find him, reluctantly working with a man (Chris Evans) who’s on the naughty list.

The kind of Hollywood blockbuster that hasn’t learned from past mistakes, instead wasting a lot of money on a dumb story whose attempts at sweetness drown in militaristic nonsense, loud brawls and over-the-top visual effects.

Starts out OK, but gets increasingly obnoxious.
