BIG CHANGES. NEW EMOTIONS.
Riley is now 13 and headed to a hockey camp over the weekend when suddenly new emotions take charge, pushing the old ones aside.
A sequel to the 2015 film that feels like a natural follow-up as we enter the teenage years; once again, we get to see what’s going on inside the main character where Anxiety is one of the new emotions that wreak havoc. The filmmakers allowed both psychological research and a panel of actual teens inform this adventure, giving it a solid foundation.
Well-paced and very relatable, even if it is also a little too familiar by now.
