THE INNER BEAST WILL BE RELEASED.
After being exposed to gamma radiation, scientist Bruce Banner (Eric Bana) turns into a green giant whenever he loses his temper.
Ang Lee (a surprising choice) shaped the entire movie like a comic book where the viewer is thrown from frame to frame as the story progresses. The film looks great; the cinematography is in a very discreet shade of green and the computer-animated Hulk is certainly impressive.
But the writers get too analytical for their own good, resulting in an excessively long running time and a confusing climax. Bana is excellent as the hot-tempered researcher.
