DEATH HAS NEVER BEEN CLOSER.
Sam Lawton (Nicholas D’Agosto) and several co-workers, including girlfriend Molly (Emma Bell), survive a disaster on a bridge only to learn that Death needs to have what he came for.
Turns out that the destination wasn’t so final in the fourth movie; this chapter (once again in 3D) introduces a new cast of would-be victims (along with series veteran Tony Todd) and goes through the motions.
Good-looking titles, though, the final sequence connects with the original film in a clever way, and the bridge collapse is satisfyingly spectacular.
