WHO NEEDS HEROES WHEN YOU HAVE THIEVES?

Inspired by the classic role-playing game, this heist comedy takes us to a fantasy world where Chris Pine’s bard aims to resurrect his wife by getting his hands on a ”tablet of reawakening”, together with a motley crew, consisting of an amateur magician and a druid, among others.

Expect betrayal, laughs and a lot of adventure, but nothing that resembles the 2005 film adaptation of the game. Good thing, perhaps.

Set in a less than thrilling universe (fans may object), but a lot of fun; Pine and Hugh Grant find the right tone for their laidback hero and silly villain.
