An aging gangster (Liam Neeson) learns the reason why he’s forgetting more than just the occasional name and tries to repair the relationship with his daughter (Frankie Shaw).

In Memory (2022), Neeson’s contract killer was suffering from Alzheimer’s; here his thug, a former boxer, has CTE after getting hit in the head too many times over the years. The star is fine as the ailing criminal who has less and less to live for.

Hans Petter Moland’s film is a depressing drama that gives you few surprises or reasons to care.
