Michael Myers is on the hunt for his niece and her newborn baby; dr. Loomis (Donald Pleasence) is convinced to come out of retirement.

The sixth movie in the series has a subplot about a Druid-like cult, inspired by unexplained nonsense in the fifth entry. The story is a mess and Myers’s killing spree is not enough to save it.

Pleasence looks tired in his last role; interesting to see Paul Rudd in his second movie, but his tormented character is not easily relatable.
