RAISE SOME HELL.

Geoff Matthews’s (Edward Furlong) horror-movie star mother dies in a freak accident; he and his father (Anthony Edwards) move to a small town where a pet cemetery hides a burial ground with mysterious powers.

Director Mary Lambert is back for another take on Stephen King’s original story; the result is an unappetizing stew with plenty of gore but no thrills at all. A few amusing ideas such as Clancy Brown’s grinning, bleeding sadist of a sheriff, but the final showdown is particularly tiresome.
